Skid Row – United World Rebellion Chapter One

By Jeffrey Easton

So what year is it, 2013?  It doesn’t matter to the Johnny Solinger fronted Skid Row, they still pump out the massively infectious metal that deserves to be devoured. With the first edition of Untied World Rebellion hitting the streets we are treated to the way Skid Row is meant to be heard, loud, obnoxious and in your face.   They look to world as their antagonist and they just pen it out. This five track EP is full of gut level rage with Kings Of Demolition, Lets Go and Get Up, it’s just a brick over your head.  If you thought Skid Row was Mr. Bach, your dead wrong and its high damn time you came back, bought the CD and blasted it. This Is Killing Me and Get Up round out this powerful five track punch and it leaves you begging for more and I am sure with their creative juices they are going to drop another bomb on you. This is Skid Row at their heaviest and darkest since Slave To The Grind and it’s going to set a massive wave of fire through their fan base and you are going to scream for Skid Row…
